The design of a hotel or restaurant offers the designer an opportunity to create an urban theater; a public place where human drama interacts in a transitory space as a fragment of the city. It is a stage set where the creation of a space or theme allows a person to interact with his physical environment at a moment in time outside of his private realm and which seduces people into feeling at home away from home.
We strive to create public spaces which, through their intimacy, design elements and visually distinguished structures, recall the association of home. These visually rich spaces need to articulate the personality of the “place” while providing for a warm enticing atmosphere of comfort and sociability.
